If you had AOA tune your, it should shoot extremely well right out of the box.
Here is a pic of the last HW50S .177cal tuned I had back in 2021 of groups at 25 yards.
Great review! That is such a great all around springer. The internals seem to be dead on with those velocities. The HW mod that they make is perfect for this airgun.
Have you tried it out yet? I have a tune kit coming for mine this coming Monday . Hopefully I'll have time on Dec 23rd to get it tuned the way I like them. I'll post the results.
It would be so nice if TN had a high end airgun dealer where we could at least go look at them before we buy them, and maybe even shoot them. One day maybe, one day.

I feel like you need a compressor over just having a carbon fiber tank. It took me a little while to figure out my Maverick when it came out, but after you learn how to tune them, its pretty easy.

UPS should be delivering a NIB FX Wildcat MKIII sniper 22cal with Laminate stock tomorrow. I am really looking forward to seeing the Laminate stock in person.
I own several versions of the Wildcat MKIII and Maverick. If I were shooting 25cal with 25grain, I would drop the front reg down to no higher than 150 and more than likely 140 or even as low as 130 bar on the front reg, especially if your running the 2nd reg no higher than 100 bar. When you...
