That's where I was at with my FX DRS Classic. That air tube gives off an odd sound. The only one I have that cured it was the Weihrauch XL. I have heard the Huma air 40's are effective as well, but I don't have one. I put the Ronin on and it still had an odd sound.

Maybe it will surprise me and be a smooth and accurate shooter. I'll be on the lookout for reviews.

The Airmax 2-7 is the perfect fit for an HW30.

The best in the business couldn't do that 20 years ago at the pinnacle of break barrel airguns. If they still made the Theoben Eliminator they would probably sell for around 2K.

If it's as loud as the FX DRS, you will want to get a very good one. Much more difficult to quiet down than one with a shrouded barrel.

I would by one in a second. If they would have had them in a few years ago when I bought my HW95, I would have bought the stainless version.

Great looking airgun. Great platform, but you'll be paranoid about scratching it up. That's all I could think of.

I think the Muzzle brake from Air Venturi on Pyramyd Air may be the same thing. May want to check it out.

Yeah it's a .22cal. Hopefully Friday I will have some good targets.

Sighted in at 17 yards. Hopefully go to 25 yards later this week.

I have the original FX, but I was looking for one that can do airguns and firearms. I like Athlon as I own several of their scopes and I liked it better in reviews versus Labrador and the Garmin.
