No the milled flatspot isn't milled out enough, like on yours. Look at the two online in pictures ,and you'll see what I mean.

There us a guy on agn I've spoken with about building a takeoff on the airforce platform. I have no access to a shop to do it. Tassos22 is the closest to my idea as jve see so far. It looks more robust than the af design which is what I want.

It wouldn't be that difficult with the right tools. A decent lathe and a small milling machine.and airforces design!

So I contacted aoa today to see about selling a a rifle. They don't do consignment. They will buy your excellent condition very expensive airgun for $500 or if your going to buy from them they'll give you $600 towards a purchase from them for your very expensive airgun? I was flabbergasted...

I am a hand pumper! The talonp is no problem, I only pump my edgun to 250 or so, maybe a bit more. My pump doesn't like it thou. I want to get one of those 12 volt compressors. But the hill mk 4? Is holding up to the work somehow!

If was easier for me. To each their own. Plus wanted to just 'cause. I posted how I did it in another thread. Wicked easy. Don't have to fiddle with dowels pushing the hammer breech thingy if you just spin the tank off and take the hammet out! Like I said before, do it however ya want!

My talon p has leaked from the fill nipple. De gassed popped another in and aired up. That was 4 years ago. My lelya 2.0 leaked from the reservoir in the first year I got it. Only leak so far easy fix too.
