I am new to pcp and have a couple questions about AF guns. From the review videos I have seen so far, they don't seem that accurate. Lots of flyers. They supposedly have LW barrels, so I'm guessing this lack of good accuracy is the lack of a regulator. If so, why do they not have a regulator...

Yesterday, a very nice aquintance at the gun range, gave me 5 tins of JTS 18.1 domed pellets. These just happen to be my Favorite pellets for my Zelos.

I hear Balistol mentioned alot. But how are you apply it, is there a prefered pull through rope/cable? And what about Balistol effecting orings and such. Would like to hear your method

Not sure how soon I will shoot 100yds again. I usually only shoot to 50yds as that is usually my farthest shot when I'm hunting.

I always shoot off a bipod, this one is a UTG Recon 360 TL 5.5" - 7.0" which I really like. and use a small rear sandbag. 960 FPS, no idea of ES, I never did pay attention. I will try to rechrono in the next week or so to get that data.

Shot my new 2240 yesterday. It's got power and accuracy, but holy smokes it loud. Definitely not back yard friendly. My 1377 is much quieter.

When competitions are posted of who won what. I never see mention of the rifle used, mods, or even the ammo used. That is what I'm most interested in.
