If you can prove the rifle accuracy, that should be the best insurance or warranty you shall get.
Worse scenario shall be that somebody touched the crown (the end oh the barrell) and that has no easy fix.
New or used? U$ 300 diference?

Yesterday I disassembled the top hat valve, and found 3 tiny holes. I carefully enlarge them and got 950 fps instead of 820 fps.(18 grains pellets) Good enough for the 19cc plenun. See the picture in the process before finished and polished
Probably mine is not an original Huben 19cc.... I bought it at Aliexpress.
I just get 820fps with 18grains, (TALON not CONDOR) with a 65 grams hammer and a reinforced spring. If any idea to get it better, please be my guest.
