No. Your 7 just became a 6. Let’s say you had 3 hits within a box. A 7, 5 and 10x. Your score for that box is the lowest impact score 5 - 1 =4

N50 scores 2 or more shots within a box by taking the score of the lowest impact hole minus one point. If the lowest was an 8 then it’s 8 minus 1 = 7.

It’s great that they (RAW) are taking care of this. Usually warranty work has to go back to the dealer that you bought it from.
