I have read quite a few posts, about quite a few airguns, talking about how easy it was to do this or that, but this video short is the most convincing example so far.

I've got to give this more consideration, especially since they are now doing slug barrels.

Now THAT is some nice and welcomed changes! Look at the massive pic rail👍😍
Now they need to do it on the Condors. And make it standard.... And put some moa on it. I'd buy that!

Oh man guys! I screwed up totally on this post. I posted the wrong video altogether. I don't know if I can delete the whole thread or not. I meant this to be a post about barrel swaps on the BRK Ghost! I guess I shouldn't post before morning coffee or after drinking at night. lol

...and I was using my tablet at the time which is a major p.i.t.a.!

Lol I was scratching my head TBH, as I didn't think you would be looking at a big bore as a project gun?
The ghost you say...😒😎?

Yup, I posted the proper video in a new thread at the BRK discussion thread.

You are correct, I'm not into big bore airgunning at the moment. I won't say never though, the price of hunting centerfire ammo is getting stupid, and lobbing balista 600y does look like it could be fun. Room to grow in this sport for sure. It mostly depends on where I live. If I have the room, I will eventually use it.

oh, I just assumed that they were all the same as the TalonP.
Yeah, I figured that you figured that. No excuse for the guy in the video though. The Texan was introduced with that feature, and they made a big deal about it because they knew people wanted it that way, but still continued to make the Talons and the Condors with automatic safties. Go figure.

Very cool. Super small powerhouse of a weapon! Threaded for moderator to boot. It's about time!

The Texan barrel hasn’t changed. It’s the same button‑rifled, non‑choked barrel it’s always had. The only thing that changed is the terminology people use today. The industry started calling barrels like this “slug barrels,” so now folks apply that label to the Texan even though the design itself never changed.
