Only real problem I have had is a heavy trigger that takes a different spring to cure. Could be me as well, I'm to use to the Red Wolf trigger which is easily the best.

It's expensive, limited ammo choices it likes in .22 for a stock HP unit, ie too much power for light (18gr and down) ammo, and fails (badly) with slugs. Trigger could be lighter but not as bad as I expected. Hard to mount low rings therefore scope to bore height is jacked. Buttstock is hard plastic?!?! Lastly, makes me sad when it runs out of air and I can't shoot it anymore?

I’ve had brief time with 2 different ghosts. They remind me of the Sniper XR’s. Well built and accurate, but for that price point the trigger is below average.

Well there are only 4 ’s at our house. Both of us have 2. Trigger can be tuned to be very nice, but you must be willing to open it up…Franklink had a post long ago on how to do it….Or you can buy it from Derrick @zx10wall and he does the trigger for you.

100% agree. The odd thing is as per all the reading I've done : don't use the factory trigger adjustments....won't get you there and might delete safety by accident. (not ok for me!!) Like Pesty says open it up, chop rear trigger spring or replace and maybe fine tune with the screws but that's about it. It's definitely not an Air Arms trigger (in pull weight), but grt for medium 50/60Y range hunting. I may take the plunge some day most likely and mod my trigger as well as per the recommendation. Also if someone tells you it's a loud gun, it is not!! Very tame my S510 is much louder. If u go compact you can go up to .25cal. Stubby .30s don't make much sense to me anyways

Whats wrong with your pathfinder? If your looking for a low power 22 to shoot 18’s your pathfinder will do that.

There are almost no real negatives in the ghost. It does its job very well. Stock the only thing i don’t like is the plastic butt pad and i prefer a straighter grip

Whats wrong with your pathfinder? If your looking for a low power 22 to shoot 18’s your pathfinder will do that.

Nothing is wrong with his Pathfinder, I believe Mike just simply wants to add more sweet BRKs to his stable…

the EVOL would be what i would say the EVOL guns and very very nice. i want a ghost but i was given a choice one or the other i would choose the EVOL
i have no plans to swap barels or cal all i will do is possible some tuning then shoot.
although i do not dislike the BRK i got for the wife my EVOL is just a better build and more acurate.

dont get me wrong the BRK is a fine gun but theres and differance in boutique gun and a production gun.
may like comparing a print from wallmart to the real mona lisa?
not say one is better for everyone else but?
