I posted in another post that a pal of mine bought a Streamlline in .25 at an auction. $600 for the gun and a Leupold 3-9X40 efr scope. I've worked on a lot of FX rifles and the triggers can be really good, but this one, just as it came from the auction is nothign short of FANTASTIC! It is light, returns as it should and is just amazing. It is also super accurate. If I wanted a .25, I'd be trying to trade him out of it.
I had never shot a Streamline, and am really impressed with this one. Why did FX discontinue them? Is the Dreamline it's predecessor?

If that Leupold is the one I just bought from you Bob, then you guys made back a good part of the Streamline price.
Bravo!!
And yes, the Streamline is a wonderful gun.
My 25 is dead-on accurate out to 50 yards (My home area yardage limit)
The first 32 shots with JSB 18.1
Avg 932.5 fps
ES 23
SD 6.1

Not too shabby!

As the story goes, a midde aged man unexpectedly passed, and the airguns got put in an auction, because no one wanted them or knew anything about them. When the auctioneer saw the guns, they were in literally pristine condition, and he would not even let anyone handle them or even turn them over on the table at the auction. You could look but not touch! My pal, bought them all, and he laughing told me, he never saw the one side of each one, but it was obvious they were in new condition. So, I guess cudos to the auctioneer for taking great care of them for the family. That's the short version, obviously there were lots of other items, and a long story, but it was a fantastic deal on airguns.
By the way, the Avenger .177 is shooting 10gr pellets at 946avg on my chrony and drills them in the same hole all day long at my 30M range. I am quite amazed with the performance of this rifle.
One funny thing is the moderator on the Avenger is a 3D printed affair, made in Taiwan, probably 2-3/4" in diameter, and roughly 8" long, I've never seen anyting like it, and I posted pics of it and no one has seen one. It's big, and it works well, just looks like a roll of toilet paper on the end of the barrel.

Any chance we will get to see some "show & tell" photos?
Of BOTH sides, please!
