Slug twist rate chart

I am starting to do some building on my ghost for it to shoot slugs, and I am planning on different weights and other ideas. That got me to thinking about a twist rate chart that shows the ability of different twists ability to stabilize different weight slugs. I know there is more to the numbers than just the weight of slug, like the speed and style of the slug.

But does anyone know of a chart or anything that would help people kind of focus in on a particular weight and speed?
