The KalibrGun Cricket 2 Tactical was an easy Hard Air Magazine Gold award winner when we reviewed it in “60 WTC” form.

The difference between that gun and the current AoA sale special is that the “45 CRBT ” model has a shorter – 450mm (17.7 Inch) barrel, a different – semi-bullpup – stock, a smaller tank and different shroud to compliment the shorty barrel.

Otherwise they’re the same gun. We described the Cricket Tactical 2 as a “highly-competent, accurate and powerful PCP air rifle.” We’d still say the same today.

Looking at that configuration all that I can think about is what if the receiver was done in a battle-worn burnt bronze and the cocking lever and rails, trigger, and plenum were brass, a bigger ornate Emperor sized brass suppressor too, that would be so Steampunk cool!

There was a bronze kricket that Tomcat Airguns was selling, let me find it, I almost bought it because of the zebra wood and bronze and it was gorgeous, was a prize at one of the EBR.

The battle worn effect would look amazing, not to deter the thread but I think we all appreciate eyecandy and this can showcase what you could use the savings on

Very cool looking. The base gun is industrial enough in look that when you throw in the fancy wood and some color they really pop.
