EVOL New lighter cocking system availability?

I’m on the hunt for an evol 15” for a Christmas present to myself.

I’m super excited to be joining the evol world again, but my only question is, do these cocking systems have any availability yet? Maybe my only pet peeve with the gun was cocking effort. Not like it’ll stop me from owning one, but knowing they’re in the pipeline, it would be awesome to get my hands on one.

I'd suggest a pre-order through Airguns of Arizona of the new Evol. It will have all the new features.
Hmm….
So your recommendation is spending $2600 on a new rifle instead of a couple hundred maybe on a cocking system?

2 flaws with that statement. First, even if I sold mine for &2k, that makes it an additional $600 for just a cocking lever upgrade. Second, I don’t like the new features of the newer evols. I like simplicity, I don’t care about external adjustments, or adjustable valves and such.
So thanks for the advice, but I’ll wait around to see if anyone has some real info on the cocking system.

To be fair, he was just joking.

I was not joking about buying a new gun with the cocking feature you want. That dealer is still who is to be contacted, and especially for a specific built Evol with only the easy cocking parts installed. The plain language of your statement indicates you are hunting for an Evol 15" as a Christmas present to yourself, (with no monetenary amount specified), and then joining the Evol world again and reference the evol on the past tense (which indicates you don't own an Evol currently), and only then question whether the cocking systems are available yet.

Guess you’re right. Maybe I’ll take my serious questions to a dealer instead of getting help from like minded airgun hobbyists. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Away from this forum.

I assumed Madeintheuk was looking to get a used gun and add the new cocking system maybe I assume that incorrectly?
Airguns of Arizona has always been great to me but my hopes where that Tom would chime in with information ; (
and any event I do hope @ Madeintheuk doesn't give up on us flawed as we might be. P.S. tell Kevin high for me.

It was my intention to give you a constructive and helpful answer to your question. I truly hope that you do get the Evol in the configuration that you desire.
