Maintenance Help with a leak

My paradigm has a slow leak, I get bubbles coming from the block and tube, question…are the 2 o-rings the same size? And which o-rings do I get, thanks

Buy them in bulk from theoringstore.com When you order them, on the print, the middle set of numbers is the reference to size. There's a few of us who successfully use urethane o-rings #122 on the air cylinder/regulator in both 70 and 90 duro to keep the o-ring from being cut during installation or extruding later on in it's life. (I like the softer 70 duro here for more surface contact.)

Also, check out my post on the modified air cylinder installation procedure, that helps prevent cutting the o-rings upon installation.

Oh wow nice handy chart!! Now if other manufacturers felt like sharing this info that would be swell. I went through a fair amount to get o-rings sourced for my hand pump last year... Then once I figured it out I bought 20 or so 😆
 
I have replaced both of the #122 and still it leaks, i have a feeling I'm using the wrong o-ring 1-1/8 ID is the size I'm using in a 90 duro, is that the right size?
 
Just curious. What pressure are you filling to when you notice it leaks? Also, when you changed the #122 o-ring on the regulator, how are you installing it back into the air cylinder?

i can pretty much fill it to any pressure 2000psi and up and it'll leak, very slow leak...I'm putting the reg in the tube past the threads then screwing the tube on, the other side where the gauge is you really can't do that
 
My EVOL developed a very slow leak since the last silhouette match. It was down to zero.

The fill port was a smidge loose so I tightened that up and added a drop of silicone oil. Filled it to 3,500 and it's down to ~3,200. I understand that could be the extreme temperature variations.

My next step assuming it continues to leak down is the regulator. Is that correct or are there other common areas for the EVOL to start?

The best money is on the cylinder to receiver o-ring #122 having extruded and or developed a cut. It is the big o-ring on the regulator. I just changed one last week after the ring split.
