Avenge-X parts and accessories have started arriving in the USA and they are becoming available from Pyramyd Air now. This means that Air Venturi is continuing to deliver on its stated objective, making the Avenge-X a truly modular and up-gradable platform product.
The Avenge-X itself has just earned a HAM Gold Award for its performance on test. Further, Air Venturi has already produced a range of excellent upgrade videos on the product.
Now the parts and accessories are arriving too. This doesn’t just happen. It’s the result of concerted planning and effort by many people involved in manufacturing, logistics and product management. Congratulations Air Venturi!
So what are these new Avenge-X parts and accessories?
Well, many of them are wood stock upgrades. There’s upgrades for both the synthetic stock bottle and tube models, as we see in the photograph above. The wood bullpup stock is also available in both tube and bottle configurations.
Should you want to convert a regular, full-length Avenge-X to a bullpup, there’s a “Bullpup Bottle Conversion Kit”. That’s shown in the heading photograph at the top of this story and includes the required barrel band, trigger linkage and other required parts.
If you’re staring with a tube gun and want that bullpup bottle upgrade, just buy the HPA bottle as an additional item. Easy!
As we can see in the photograph above, Avenge-X parts and accessories also include caliber change kits for all three calibers: .177, .22 and .25 calibers. Each kit contains a barrel, bolt and magazine of the appropriate new caliber. Again, there’s Air Venturi videos explaining ow to make the upgrade yourself.
Then there’s magazines…
Regular size magazines are available in “2-packs” for each caliber. There’s a very sensible decision!
Then the high capacity magazines are also available. These give a capacity of 20 rounds in .177 caliber, 16 shots in .22 cal. and 13 rounds for .25. These are useful capacity increases compared to the regular magazines, yet they still fit under a scope mounted in high rings.
